Privacy Notice

Who we are

The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Dominion Christian Connections (registered charity no. 1145233) is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. Contact us at admin@dominionhub.org.uk.

What we collect and why

We only ask for the information we need for each purpose:

• Visit and next-steps forms: name and contact details, so our Welcome Team or the relevant ministry can respond.
• Prayer requests: your request and, only if you choose, your name and contact details. Requests can be anonymous and are seen only by our authorised prayer team.
• Support and volunteering forms: your details and message, shared only with the team that handles that type of enquiry.
• Newsletter: your email address, used only to send DCC updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Our lawful basis is your consent and, for members and regular contacts, our legitimate interests as a church. Prayer and pastoral information may reveal religious beliefs or health information; we process this as a not-for-profit religious body, only with appropriate safeguards and only for the purpose you gave it.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was given. Specific retention periods are being set by DCC's trustees and will be published here.

Third parties

Online giving is handled by Stripe. Forms on this website (contact, prayer requests, visits, volunteering, newsletter and others) are provided by Jotform (jotform.com), which stores your answers securely and passes them to our team. Live chat on this website is provided by Brevo Conversations (brevo.com): messages you send in the chat, and any details you choose to share, are stored by Brevo so our team can read and reply to them. Chat replies may be written by an automated AI assistant. Videos are provided by YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. Sermon videos load only when you choose to play them. Background videos are hosted on this website. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing admin@dominionhub.org.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
